How it works

1. You add me as a manager on your Google Business Profile. It takes a couple of minutes, you stay the owner, and you can remove me anytime.
2. I learn how you talk to your customers, then reply to new reviews for you. Every reply stays honest and friendly, and it never shares a customer's private details.
3. You pay one simple monthly fee.

How to add me as a manager

It only takes a couple of minutes, and you stay the owner the whole time.

1. Go to business.google.com and sign in with the Google account that owns your business profile.
2. Open your business profile, then go to the profile settings and choose People and access (sometimes called Managers).
3. Choose to add someone, type in [email protected], pick Manager as the role, and send the invite.
4. I'll accept the invite, and you'll see me listed as a manager. You can remove me anytime from that same screen.

Pricing

One flat monthly fee, based on how many new reviews you get. No contracts, and you can cancel anytime.

• $59 a month for up to about 15 new reviews a month
• $79 a month for up to about 40 new reviews a month
• $99 a month with no limit on reviews

Payment is by monthly invoice through Square, by card.
